Financial Literacy Learning Program

Build lasting financial confidence through practical education that actually works in the real world. Our program connects theory with everyday money decisions.

Our Educational Journey

From humble beginnings to comprehensive financial education – here's how we've grown alongside our students.

2019
Foundation & First Steps
Started with weekend workshops in Orange, NSW. Three of us around a kitchen table, frustrated by how financial advice felt disconnected from real life. We wanted something different – education that actually helped people sleep better at night.
2021
Digital Transformation
COVID pushed us online faster than we'd planned. Turned out to be a blessing – suddenly we could reach people across Australia who needed practical financial guidance. Our evening sessions became surprisingly popular with working parents.
2023
Community Growth
Reached 1,200 program completions. What surprised us most was how many participants stayed connected, creating informal support networks. We realized we weren't just teaching finance – we were building community.
2025
Future Vision
Expanding our mentorship program and developing specialized tracks for different life stages. Our goal remains the same: making financial wisdom accessible to everyone, regardless of their starting point.

Learning That Fits Your Life

We know you're busy. Between work, family, and everything else, finding time to learn about money feels impossible. That's why we've designed our program around real schedules, not academic calendars.

  • Evening Sessions: Live workshops after dinner, when kids are settled and you can actually focus
  • Weekend Deep Dives: Saturday morning sessions for complex topics that need proper attention
  • On-Demand Resources: Video lessons you can pause, rewind, and revisit during lunch breaks
  • Phone Support: Quick questions don't need to wait for the next session

Most importantly, we cover real situations. Like what happens when your car breaks down and you need $2,000 you don't have. Or how to have that awkward money conversation with your partner without starting an argument.

Meet Your Instructors

Real people who've made their own financial mistakes and learned from them.

Kai Brennan
Program Director
Spent fifteen years helping families navigate financial stress. Started this program after watching too many good people struggle with basic money decisions that should feel manageable. Believes financial education should be practical, not intimidating.

Ingrid Sørensen
Senior Educator
Former banking professional who got tired of selling products people didn't need. Now focuses on teaching skills that actually matter – like reading loan documents and understanding what banks don't tell you. Specializes in first-home buyer education.

What Makes Our Approach Different

No Judgment Zone

Everyone starts somewhere. We've all made money mistakes – that's how you learn what works and what doesn't.

Real Examples

Case studies from actual participants who've agreed to share their stories. Success and setbacks both.

Local Context

Australian tax laws, superannuation rules, and banking practices. Not generic advice from overseas.

Follow-Up Support

Monthly check-ins for six months after completion. Implementation is where the real learning happens.

We're not trying to turn you into a financial planner. We want you to feel confident making decisions about your own money, understanding when you need professional help, and knowing how to find advisors you can trust.

Ready to Start Learning?

Our next program begins in September 2025. Twelve weeks, two evenings per week, with ongoing support. Small groups mean plenty of time for questions and real conversation.
